Feature of Water Distribution System

The internal wall of the FRP pipe is smooth and has less resistance to the water flow which can greatly reduce sludge from depositing in the pipe.Non-metal design assures the system is free of corrosion problem.That is designed to be equipped with the discharge nozzle is set at the bottom of the head pipe and the branch pipe so as to prevent sludge from depositing while shutdown, so It is very easy to draining.Many of field test show that the system can operate normally while the water load is up to 130%, and the uniformity of water distribution of whole tower is merely not varied while the water load is down to 70%, so ensure the reliability and safety of operation of cooling tower. In cooling tower, many of components are all made of non-metal material, for example, water distribution pipe. In addition the fasten belt for hoisting the pipe is stainless steel, so the application of non-metal material and stainless steel greatly increase the anti-corrosion capacity and prolong the service life.
