CNTB serial square counter flow cooling tower with FRP structure is a advanced kind of cooling tower with perfect technology and reliable performance. The cooling tower has passed the inspection and test for the running tower and all kind of performance data have hit or exceed the national standard value stipulated in GB7190-1997 “Cooling tower of Plastic with enhanced glass fiber”. CNTB serial cooling tower with ascendant performance and good quality have been widely used in the circulating water system in such fields as Air-conditioning, Electric, Chemical, Metallurgy.

Tower type

CNTB serial counter flow cooling tower applies the full FRP structure, which structure not only greatly decrease weight of tower, but also looks beautiful.

Performance

The result from the detail thermodynamic and resistance calculation indicates that the performance of the proposed cooling tower can meet the requirement of the design technique.

Maintenance

The convenient maintenance for the tower is fully considered in this proposal. A stairway is designed on one side of the tower block so that it’s easy to climb up to the fan deck for maintenance and anti-fire requirement. An access door is designed on the fan stack, and a check-way to the fan supports platform is designed inside of the fan stack.

Optimize Design

This proposal is a result from summing-up and studying the years’ experience of design and fabrication of the count flow cooling tower with similar model and similar flow rate. To seek the best cooling effect for a cooling tower , our technicians have being done a mass of experiments by simulating different conditions to seek the best data of design and to decrease the resistance of tower as possible.

In this proposal, there are much margin for such data as the thermal performance value of filling, air flow of fan and the power of motor so that the cooling tower can continually work under the condition with bad weather and impact load.
